Where are thou- IBM and Accenture?

As per the data from NASSCOM, TCS is the top employer for IT/ITES (IT Enabled services) category in India. The rest of the list also offers no surprises, but I am surprised to see no IBM or Accenture make the list. From what I know and hear in the marketplace, these folks have also ramped up aggressively - see my previous post here. Any comments on their absence from this list?
